REMINDER: Monthly payments are due the 1st class of every month.
If payment has not been paid by the 10th of
the month a "Wish I Had Paid on Time"("WIHPOT") fee of $10 will be added to your account. If account
remains unpaid by the 10th of the month, tuition and the WIHPOT fee will be charged to the credit card on file at Dance FX.
$10.00 late charge for late costume fees. (Late Fee added Nov. 10) If costumes fees remain unpaid by the 10th of the month,
costume fees and the WIHPOT fee will be charged to the credit card on file at Dance FX.
